A Renaissance-style silver and damascened iron centrepiece comprising a central two-handled vase chased with the Muses, and with a finial cast with putti; resting on a long plateau, the foot of the vase flanked by reclining female figures representing Music and Poetry with putti at their feet; surrounded by bas reliefs of music and poetry, together with Pegasus carrying a figure representing Inspiration, and a griffin carrying a figure representing Imagination.
