Finding the Truth with Photographs

This collection of resources supports an in-class workshop and explores media representation of current affairs using the war photography of Roger Fenton in The Crimean War. The resources were produced by The Economist Educational Foundation. The workshop covers areas of History, English and Citizenship and should take approximately 75 minutes. The workshop is aimed at 11-15 year olds. Teachers are encouraged to adapt as necessary for their student’s needs. This resource complimented a previous Royal Collection Trust exhibition at The Queen’s Gallery.
