As working Royal Residences, last-minute closures do sometimes occur. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment this closure will cause.

Refunds for ticket holders

If you purchased your ticket(s) directly from Royal Collection Trust and paid with a credit or debit card, will be automatically be refunded within the next 28 days.

If you purchased your ticket(s) directly from Royal Collection Trust using cash or a cheque and would like to request a refund, please contact the ticket office by email at [email protected] 

Please note that there may be a delayed response time due to the high volume of calls and emails we are receiving following this closure. We appreciate your patience at this time.

If you purchased your ticket(s) through a third party you should contact the agent or tour operator to enquire about a refund.

Rebooking
