Enter into the Christmas spirit when you visit Windsor Castle by taking part in a variety of festive Victorian-themed activities. From demonstrations of Victorian foods and carol singing under the tremendous tree in The State Apartments, to drop in workshops, storytelling and organ recitals.
Each day you can...
- View wreath making classes in the Castle Learning Centre, where locals strive to create the best festive wreath
- Take part in Victorian-themed crafts and costume handling in the Learning Centre
- Rest a while and listen to local community choirs in St George's Hall
- Learn about Victorian Christmas treats and foods in the State Apartments with historical group Tastes through Time.
- Get involved in immersive storytelling sessions with our local 'spinner of yarns', Andy Roberts-Mudie, as you pass through the State Apartments.
- Hear beautiful festive music played on the fabulous organ in St George's Chapel
- Create your own festive candle to take away in St George's Chapel nave
