    About our speakers

    Alan Titchmarsh is one of Britain’s most recognisable gardeners, broadcasters and authors, with a career spanning more than four decades. Beginning as a professional gardener and horticultural journalist, he rose to prominence through much-loved television programmes including Gardeners’ World, Ground Force and Love Your Garden. A prolific writer and engaging presenter, Alan has inspired generations with his passion for plants and the natural world, making gardening accessible and enjoyable for audiences of all backgrounds.
     
    Adam Scott is Gardens & Nursery Manager at Windsor Castle, where he leads the care, development and long-term vision for the Castle’s historic landscapes. With extensive hands-on experience in horticulture and garden design, he has been closely involved in the creation and ongoing evolution of the Venus Garden. Adam brings a deep understanding of planting schemes, biodiversity and sustainable practice, and plays a key role in shaping how the gardens reflect both historic traditions and contemporary environmental priorities.
