This special event offers teachers across all Levels an opportunity to join us after-hours at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, for an in-depth look at Mary, Queen of Scots as well as a guided tour of the rooms she called home. Learn more about the wider contexts underpinning Mary's difficult reception upon her return to Scotland from France, and the dramatic murder of courtier David Rizzio here in 1566.

Afterwards, join our Learning Team for some seasonal refreshments, an interactive craft, and further information about resources available for this topic.

For enquiries and to book, please e-mail [email protected]. Please let us know if you have any queries or access requirements.
