Before booking your tickets, please take a moment to read the following advice to make the most of your visit.

    Useful information

The time you choose when booking your ticket will be your entry to the Palace. You will have time to explore the Palace using the Family Multimedia guide, see the special display celebrating The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, visit the Garden Café and play in the Family Pavilion overlooking the Buckingham Palace garden.

If you choose entry at 11:30 your concert will begin in the Family Pavilion at 13:45. If you choose entry at 13:00 your concert will begin in the Family Pavilion at 15:15.

If you are attending the 13:45 concert, please be aware that Changing the Guard will occur at the front of the Palace from 10:45, which may cause slight delays to gaining entrance to the State Rooms tour. We would advise allowing extra time in your journey to accommodate for this.

    Buggies and Prams

Unfortunately we are not able to have buggies, prams or large bags inside the State Rooms or the Platinum Jubilee display. You may want to bring a sling or carrier for your baby during your visit, with a small bag of emergency changing items. These larger items will be stored during your time inside the Palace, but will be reunited with you at the Family Pavilion for the concert, and you are welcome to bring food and snacks to enjoy during the concert.

Adults must be accompanied by a child in their group in order to attend this event. Please note that all children must be accompanied at all times during your visit.

The income from your ticket contributes directly to The Royal Collection Trust, a registered charity. The aims of The Royal Collection Trust are the care and conservation of the Royal Collection, and the promotion of access and enjoyment through exhibitions, publications, loans and educational activities.
