Join us for the latest in our Slow Looking series, in collaboration with the Limina Collective. The practice of Slow Looking provides a unique opportunity for us to explore an artwork through the lens of mindfulness.

Inspired by our current, special display of artwork by Artemisia Gentileschi at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, this event will focus on the self-portrait in which the artist depicts herself as the Allegory of Painting and which is widely considered one of her greatest works.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to take a moment of rest for yourself during a busy day, focus your gaze on some beautiful artwork and share your perceptions in a peaceful, calming atmosphere.
