This special tour of His Majesty The King's official residence in Scotland highlights both the Palace's dramatic past and its important role today.

Led by one of our expert guides, your group will enjoy a private tour of the State Apartments before the Palace opens to visitors for the day. The guided tour includes a visit to the Historic Apartments of Mary, Queen of Scots, which were home to Mary during some of the most dramatic events in her turbulent reign.

This exclusive tour offers a unique opportunity to go behind the ropes in Edinburgh's Royal Palace, including the West Drawing Room, which is not normally open to the public. The West Drawing Room is used by members of the Royal Family as a private sitting room. It is amongst the most beautiful rooms in the Palace with exceptional oak panelling, historic paintings and one of the finest 17th-century plasterwork ceilings.
