Children / Families

Artist Gemma Coyle will help you explore the magnificent illuminated manuscripts in Eastern Encounters, revealing their stories and picking her personal favourites, before leading a workshop where you will make your own version as an illuminated bookplate. At the end of the session, you can take it home and put in your favourite book.

This event is suitable for children aged 5 – 14 years, accompanied by parents or carers.
