    Marking the 400 year anniversary of King James VI & I’s death, Kate Anderson, Senior Curator, National Galleries of Scotland will delve into the rich visual and material world of the first monarch to unite the kingdoms of Scotland, England and Ireland. Focussing on a selection of key works from the National Galleries of the Scotland collection and the Royal Collection Trust, the talk will shed light on the significant role that art and objects played in the Jacobean period.
