Queen Victoria and Prince Albert celebrated every one of their 20 Christmases together at Windsor Castle. Their gifts to family and friends were arranged on tables decorated with seasonal foliage and small individual Christmas trees. Gifts were exchanged on Christmas Eve.
Join us this Christmas and try you hand at some Victorian Christmas Crafts - perhaps making a momento to take home to remind you of your visit to the Castle. Try on some Victorian costume from the dressing up basket!
Craft activities are free and available in Pug Yard Learning Centre from 10:00 until 14:30 each day of the school holidays.
Don't forget to collect a trail which will teach you more about Victorian Christmasses as you tour this wonderful Castle.
