Taking inspiration from the Physic Garden join us for a fun family yoga session full of movement, music, songs and stories.
We will start the session with an exploration of the Physic Garden to discover plants and wildlife in the garden. Then enjoy a 45 minute yoga class, designed especially for children, in the historic Abbey Strand Centre.
Suitable for children 3 to 7 years old accompanied by a parent or carer. Come stretch, play, and explore the magic of art through yoga!
Yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing. Unless the weather is particularly bad we will visit the Physic Garden so please wear waterproofs if necessary.
