The coronation is one of the most important events in a monarch’s reign, laying the foundation stone for their future rule; but what about the images that commemorate the occasion? Join Anna Reynolds, Deputy Surveyor of The Queen’s Pictures, to take a closer look at depictions of coronations through the ages, and discover more about the ceremony, dress, artistic licence and legacy preserved within them.

Please note, this event includes the option to view with auto-generated zoom captions.
