    This year, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the realms and the Commonwealth.


    Teachers are invited to join Royal Collection Trust Learning specialists from Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, in an online exploration of key themes and resources linked with this unique anniversary.

    This event will offer teachers an opportunity to:

    • Learn about The Queen, from childhood to Coronation and her 70-year reign 
    • Find out more about Royal Collection Trust and the Royal Collection
    • Discover how to take part in Platinum Jubilee school sessions at the Royal Mews, Windsor Castle, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
    • Explore the Royal Collection Trust Platinum Jubilee schools’ resources including presentations, teachers' notes and activities across four themes;

      • Take part in history and celebrate.
