Celebrate the final Sunday of the summer holidays in style, with a Summer Storytelling Celebration in the Family Pavilion at Buckingham Palace.
As the long summer holidays and the summer season draw to a close, settle down in the Family Pavilion, overlooking the stunning Buckingham Palace Gardens, and enjoy an immersive and interactive storytelling performance by the brilliant Time Will Tell Theatre.
Inspired by the Gardens themselves, as well as famous gardens from literature, our storytelling performances are the perfect memory to create to finish off a busy and exciting summer. Suitable for families of all ages and sizes, we invite you to come in, settle down, and relax for one more day of family fun before the autumn arrives and school begins again.
The storytelling performance spaces are given on a first come, first served basis, and once the Pavilion reaches capacity we will not be able to let any additional guests in. We advise you to get to the Pavilion at least 10 minutes before the start time of the performance you would like to see.
To reach the Pavilion, you will first visit the State Rooms, and following the performance you will not be able to re-enter the State Rooms visitor route. Therefore, please ensure you allow enough time from your arrival to the performance time - we would advise booking entry tickets at least 90 minutes before the performance you would like to see.
The storytelling performances are free with your entry ticket.
