RCIN 61293

George IV displayed an early interest in arms, armour and uniforms, which he maintained right up to his death. He owned a number of elegant swords supplied by Robert Gray of Bond Street, Thomas Gray of Sackville Street and James Shrapnell of Charing Cross. This may be the sword supplied by Thomas Gray in 1788 for £45.
