Wool and silk blanket made by Queen Victoria for her granddaughter Princess Alice
This blanket was made by Queen Victoria in 1883 for her most recent granddaughter, Princess Alice, daughter of her youngest son, Prince Leopold. Made of pink and white wool, with a silk lining, the blanket is embroidered with the cypher of Queen Victoria and the date.
