Worn by The Queen to the Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral and to luncheon at Guildhall, City of London, 5 June 2012. The service at St Paul’s was preceded by the Thames Jubilee Pageant, on the first day of a four-day weekend. The Pageant, the world’s largest parade of boats, continued through inclement weather. Thirteen pieces of new music were commissioned for the event, played from boats carrying orchestras, bands and choirs.
