An uncoloured print of Charles James Fox protecting the door to the Treasury which has been locked. He wields a dagger in his right hand whilst, at his feet, stands a bull dog with the features of his colleague, Lord North. In the background, men stand looking at bills attached to a high wall. Inscribed in the plate: Pubd Jany 19 1784 by W Humphrey No 227 Strand
