    This simply-cut evening dress, with puff sleeves and a square-necked bodice, is given interest by the re-embroidered lace in a design of the emblems of the United Kingdom. It is reminiscent of the dresses worn by the young Princess Elizabeth in 1945 for sittings made at Windsor Castle with the renowned photographer Cecil Beaton
