This photograph is part of an album of photographs documenting the work of the architect and designer William Burges (1827 – 81). The Dunedin crozier was designed in 1865-6 by Burges for the first Bishop of Dunedin in New Zealand. First documented in the Royal Collection in the reign of King George V
