Queen Victoria's Throne

This imposing State Throne Chair was made in 1837 for Queen Victoria for the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace. The throne underwent conservation treatment prior to this summer's exhibition to restore it to its original splendour. Watch the film below to learn more about this process.
