This exhibition explores how the traditions of South Asian miniature painting have been reclaimed and reinvented by modern and contemporary artists. The objects on loan from the Royal Collection have served as a source of inspiration for many contemporary creations and include exquisite miniature paintings from the Padshahnama and richly illustrated manuscripts. The exhibition is on display until 28 January 2024.
