Inscribed below mounted sheet: Outside St. Brillant [sic] Bay Jersey - Sept 2. VR del Sept 2 & 3 - on board the V. & A. On 2 September 1846, Queen Victoria sailed from Osborne House to Jersey, Channel Islands, with her husband, Prince Albert and some of their children.
