A watercolour of Windsor Castle from the south-east with figures and cows in the foreground. Annotated in pencil '5 windows'. Annotated on the verso with a diagram of sight lines and 'View from the Park to the East'. Probably executed before 1824, when Gendall returned to live in his native Exeter, after which he concentrated on views of the Devon countryside.
