DM 3165: the Ulster King at Arms, Sir Bernard Burke, proclaiming the Prince's title at his Installation in the Protestant St Patrick's Cathedral (in the Chancel, looking West). The Prince's banner is unfurled by the Senior Esquire. Signed.
