A watercolour design for the east front of the Marine Pavilion at Brighton with a scale below. This shows how the building might be modelled in a style inspired by Chinese art and architecture. Inscribed 'A Design for the Elevation to the Steyne'. This small booklet was prepared by Henry Holland to show George, Prince of Wales, how the pavilion might be remodelled.
