An engraving by Marcantonio Raimondi after the fresco David kills Goliath painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the eleventh bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Signed with Raimondi's monogramme (Nagler 1558) in the bottom right corner. Trimmed almost to image. On watermarked paper. Second state.
