A photograph of a drawing now in the Gabinetto Disegni e Stampe degli Uffizi, Florence (inv. no.1220E v). The sheet is a compilation of drawings copied from originals by Raphael, all of which are preparatory for the fresco of Parnassus, painted in c.1510-11 in the Stanza della Segnatura, Vatican. The feet are copied from the recto of a drawing now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Lille (inv. no.Pl 446), while the hand at top centre is taken from the verso of the same (inv. no.Pl 445). The remaining three hands are copied from a study sheet now in the British Museum, London (inv. no. Pp,1.74v). Photographs of the originals can be found at RCINs 852507, 852509 and 852511.
