A print reproducing the heads of three of the figures flanking the altar in the Disputa (The Disputation of the Holy Sacrament), painted by Raphael around 1508-09 in the Stanza della Segnatura in the Vatican. Dated and lettered with production details.
At top left is the head of the standing bearded figure pointing upwards at the right of the altar; at right are the heads of St Jerome (top) and Gregory the Great (bottom), both sitting at the left of the altar.Provenance
