A photograph of a drawing attributed to the circle of Pinturicchio currently in the Graphische Sammlung, Berlin (KdZ 495). In Ruland's Raphael Collection catalogue (1876), the drawing was described as being then in the Royal Collection at Berlin.
The figure of the angel standing on the right with outstretched arms shows similarities with a figure drawn by an artist from the circle of Perugino on a sheet part of the Libretto Veneziano now in the Gallerie dell'Accademia, Venice (f.56r). A photograph of the Venice drawing can be found at RCIN 851044.
Showing a seated winged putto holding a scroll on the left, and a standing draped angel strewing flowers on the right.Provenance
