A hand-coloured print of a number of wheelchair users and people with crutches racing down the hill from the Royal Crescent, Bath. A man in regimentals is at the centre of the picture whilst in the foreground, another man has fallen onto his front, his crutches splayed. A couple, embracing each other, cheer the competitors on. On the top of the hill stand grand buildings, one with the sign 'Cripples Corner'. Bridge over the river with the town on the right.
