A hand-coloured print of Charles Fox being assaulted by a devil that attempts to cut Fox's hair with a large pair of shears. It holds Fox by the right leg as he attempts to flee. A copy of the India Bill is carried under the right arm of the Devil. In the background, a group of figures dance around a fox tied to a stake, in celebration at the defeat of Fox's attempt to nationalise the East India Company following the intervention of King George III in December 1783.
