Lettered below in English and French: The Royall Palace and Town of Windsor [...] Mark Anthony Hauduroy delineav: Printed & Sold by Tho. Bowles Print & Map Seller next to the Chapter House in St Paul's Church Yard London. The sheet has a horizontal fold slightly off centre, probably from previously being inserted in a volume. This plate was among those included in a four volume bound set of Britannia Illustrata published by Joseph Smith in 1724.
