Candelabra (part of The Grand Service) hallmarks 1808-11

A set of seven-light candelabrum with central light and two tiers of three scroll branches cast with lotus flowers and lion masks; the stem is cast with three Egyptian female terms, on a triform base supported on three sphinxes with a plinth below on winged paw feet.
Provenance
These candelabra and a related pair were bought in two lots by George IV in June 1811, £1255 16s. 4d.. Eight years later, triangular stands for the candelabra were supplied by Rundell, Bridge & Rundell (RCIN 51496).
