Rectangular gold and pink guilloché enamel frame set with four rosettes, within stiff leaf border and ribbon cresting; the reed bezel contains miniature of Empress Marie Feodorovna (1847-1928), bust-length, facing slightly right, wearing white dress with pearl necklace and earrings. This frame was made in Fabergé's Moscow branch.
Frame: Mark of Anders Nevalainen; Moscow silver mark of 88 zolotniks (1896-1908); C. Fabergé in Cyrillic characters. Miniature: signed ZehngrafProvenance
