Prince Henry was a career officer and particularly interested in new technology and engineering. After the first world war and the dissolution of the German monarchy, Prince Henry retired and participated in motor sports and sailing.
Photograph trimmed into an oval picture. From a blue velvet bound album with gold coloured metal corners, with a watercolour of flowers by Princess Louise, set into front cover. -
