Photograph of a painting of a three-quarter length portrait of a man standing, facing a quarter to the right. He gazes towards the viewer. The man poses with his right hand on his waist and his left hand resting on the neck of a dog, located in the lower right corner.
The painting is attributed to Antonis Mor (1519-76). At the time of the photograph, the painting was in the collection of Frederick Spencer, 4th Earl Spencer (1798-1857). The painting is now held by the National Gallery of Art, Washington.Provenance
