Circular woven raffia fan in green, pink, yellow and purple woven design.
Fine plaited fans known as ili were traditionally made in Tuvalu using strands of coconut fibre. Today, raffia is often used instead. Colourful feathers are added for decorative purposes.

Sent to Queen Elizabeth II by the Governor-General of Tuvalu, Thomasi Puapua, on the occasion of her Golden Jubilee, 2002.
