A silhouette showing a cherub holding a flag. The cherub is shown full-length and holding the flag high over his head.
This silhouette was presented to Lady Dorothea Banks, wife of the naturalist and friend of the royal family Sir Joseph Banks, by Princess Elizabeth. It was placed in a notebook (RCIN 1047678.a) which was presented to Lady Banks by Princess Elizabeth in 1808. The notebook and its contents were acquired by Queen Mary in 1930. -
