Royal Collection Trust is investing £37 million at Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse in a series of projects that will transform the experience of visiting these royal residences.

Collectively known as Future Programme, the projects will deliver significant improvements to the way visitors are welcomed on arrival, create new Learning Centres and visitor facilities, open up new spaces and renew displays of works of art from the Royal Collection.

Work began in 2017 and is proceeding in several phases over a period of approximately two years. Both Palaces remain open to visitors throughout the developments.
