Whether your group is interested in a special private visit or just wants a truly magnificent experience visiting one of the royal residences, our team can help you get the most out of your visit. 

Group prices

Groups and individuals pay the same admission price for Clarence House. Blue Badge Guides do not receive free entry. All tour leaders must be included as part of a group booking. 

Your ticket includes a guided tour.

group bookings and payments

Group visits to Clarence House must be pre-booked. Groups can reserve and book selected tickets on our website or by calling the Ticket Sales and Information Office on +44 (0)303 123 7321. Please note that a transaction fee of £2.00 is applied to all telephone bookings.

Pre-booked group tickets must be paid for by credit card or company cheque with two signatures 30 days before the day of the visit.

Company cheques should be made payable to 'Royal Collection Enterprises Limited'.

coach parking

There is no coach parking near Clarence House. Once your booking is confirmed we will advise the nearest set down and pick up points. Further information on coach parking is available on from Transport for London

guiding

No guiding is allowed at Clarence House because all admissions include the guided tour led by one of our Wardens. Visitors can purchase an official souvenir guide for Clarence House either in advance from our online shop or on the day of the visit. 


The income from your ticket contributes directly to The Royal Collection Trust, a registered charity. The aims of The Royal Collection Trust are the care and conservation of the Royal Collection, and the promotion of access and enjoyment through exhibitions, publications, loans and educational activities.
