Several of Windsor Castle’s core, on-site school sessions can be transported to your classroom, for a fun and interactive experience with Learning Officers from Royal Collection Trust. The available sessions are detailed below.

The aim of these workshops is to stimulate children’s interest in Windsor Castle, the Royal Collection and the Royal Family.

Children can learn all about the Castle’s long and rich history. There is the option to get involved in role play, and we always encourage discussion, so that pupils are able to develop their listening and speaking skills.

Our Learning team will also bring along artefacts and replica regalia or armour to show the children.

All sessions can be tailored for diverse age groups and to fit with the curricular aims of each school.
Please note: Learning Officers will adhere to school-specific Health and Safety policies as well as our own internal guidance.

If you have any questions or would like to book, contact the Windsor Learning Team directly by e mailing [email protected]
