Join Caroline de Guitaut, Deputy Surveyor of The Queen’s Works of Art, in conversation with author Carol Woolton, Contributing Editor of British Vogue, as they discuss the dazzling pieces of Her Majesty’s jewellery that are currently on display to visitors at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee.

Find out more about the fascinating history behind some of the world’s most recognisable jewels, including the Diamond Diadem, set with 1,333 diamonds; the Coronation Necklace, worn by five successive queens; and the Delhi Durbar necklace, which features a pendant cut from the largest diamond ever found. The event will also delve into the stories behind The Queen’s lesser-known pieces of jewellery, from the sapphire and diamond Cartier bracelet given to Her Majesty by her father King George VI for her 18th birthday, to the diamond and emerald Vladimir Tiara, which was smuggled out of Russia during the Revolution before being sold to Queen Mary.
