World Wide Fund for Nature Neck-ties

The three ties shown here belong to Prince Philip and two are decorated with the panda logo of the World Wide Fund for Nature. His Royal Highness was the first UK President of the organisation, from its formation in 1961 until 1982, and International President from 1981 to 1996. He is now President Emeritus. The tie on the left is from New Zealand. It includes the national emblem of the kiwi, as well as the WWF panda. The tie in the centre represents the WWF efforts to protect and learn more about the polar bear of the Arctic.
