Holbein might be best known for his portraits but the broader range of work he created earlier in his career illustrates the extent of his importance as a Renaissance artist. Join Dr Richard Williams as he explores Holbein’s role in a pioneering generation of Northern European artists who responded in new and creative ways to the innovations of Italian art.
