By train

London Victoria or London Charing Cross.  Visit National Rail Enquiries for times and fares.

By underground

Victoria, Green Park, St. James's Park and Hyde Park Corner.  For further information visit the Transport for London website.

By coach / bus

Bus numbers 11, 211, C1 and C10 stop on Buckingham Palace Road.  Victoria Coach Station is a 10-minute walk from the Palace.

Go on an exclusive tour of the Buckingham Palace Gardens, with special access to some of the Garden's most beautiful corners. 

Join our storyteller and our musical troubadour to find out about the royal history of the gardens, discover the scientific reason why bees dance, locate a magical tree and learn about the wildlife which calls the garden home. 

These tours are specially designed for children and their families, and are suitable for families of all ages.

How it works:

Your visit will start by touring the State Rooms of Buckingham Palace with a complimentary multimedia guide available in nine languages. A Family multimedia guide is also avaliable. You will also see Queen Victoria's Palace, a special exhibition to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Queen Victoria's birth.
After the State Rooms there is time for you to take in the panoramic view of the lawn from the Garden Café on the West Terrace and to visit the Garden Shop.
Your Garden Highlights Tour will start 2 hours and 15 minutes after your State Rooms entry time and will last 45 minutes. The guided tour of the gardens will take place in English.
Please allow around 3-3.5 hours for the full experience at Buckingham Palace.
