Set in one of the Semi-State Rooms at Buckingham Palace, this special study afternoon combines expert talks from Dr Jane Hattrick, dress historian from the University of Brighton and Caroline de Guitaut, curator of the current Buckingham Palace exhibition The Queen’s Coronation 1953.  Jane Hattrick, who has researched and brought to light the archives of British couturier Sir Norman Hartnell, will then be joined in conversation by members of the Hartnell staff at the time of the coronation. There will also be an exclusive Curator’s Tour of the exhibition as well as refreshments.
