To celebrate the release of the new publication, Windsor Castle: A Thousand Years of a Royal Palace join us for a two-day conference to explore the new research presented in this seminal work. Taking place in the beautiful fifteenth-century Vicars' Hall in the shadow of St George's Chapel; the conference will offer the opportunity to hear renowned historians discuss their new research including Dr Simon Thurley and Dr Steven Brindle.

All attendees will have the opportunity to take part in private tours, one around the Upper Ward led by architectural historian Dr Steven Brindle and one around St George's Chapel with Chapter Clerk Charlotte Manley over the two days. Both tours will take place off the visitor route, giving you the opportunity to see spaces discussed in the lectures that would otherwise go unseen.

Attendees will be asked to complete a security questionnaire prior to the event.
